Personal A7 Fitness App

Each client will receive an account to log in that tracks the progress from training, steps taken throughout the week, myfitness pal, among many other additions to help keep you on track! We also install homework for people who need additional help such as posture fixes.

Heart Rate Monitor System

We track our workouts with the Polar Heart Rate System. Measuring the time between high- and low-light intensities enables the device to measure beat-to-beat time intervals and calculate heart rate from that data.
